Note: Lorin Industries standard terms of sale will be Net 30 days from shipping. Deposits may be required at the time of order placement depending upon the circumstances of the transaction. In all cases, the terms will be authorized and communicated in writing by the Credit Department. By submitting this application to Lorin Industries, I/We (a) authorize Lorin Industries to contact any references I/We provide. I/We (a) understand that Lorin Industries will choose to extend, or not to extend, credit in it's sole discretion. I/We (a) understand that Lorin Industries may revoke credit extended at any time and for any reason. I/We (a) understand that Lorin Industries may hold shipments for non-payment of invoices or for any other reason Lorin Industries deems relevant to our account status. I/We (a) authorize Lorin Industries to provide all information I/we provide to Lorin Industries in connection with this application to (i) those financial institutions (and their affiliates) from which Lorin Industries may seek or obtain credit, those insurance companies (and their affiliates) from which Lorin Industries may seek or obtain insurance coverage relating to the extension of credit to customers of Lorin Industries and (iii) such other institutions (and their affiliates) that have a reasonable need to know such information relating to the extension of credit to me/us by Lorin Industries and (b) authorize each of Lorin Industries and such financial institutions, insurance companies and other institutions (and their respective affiliates) to use such information for purposes reasonably related to this application and to retain such information in accordance with its archival procedures to the extent required to comply with applicable legal requirements and/or applicable document retention policies, in each case, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any other agreement between Lorin Industries and me/us and without regard to whether Lorin Industries extends credit to me/us.
