Lorin Highlights Membership in Michigan Producer’s Council

By Steven Soderberg, Lorin Industries, Inc.

Lorin Industries highlights its membership in the Michigan Producer’s Council (MPC), an organization chartered in 1932 to promote the use of quality products in the construction industry. Lorin is proud to support the MPC, where members have distinguished themselves through excellent service and the high quality and dependability of their products.

The ultimate goal of the MPC is to deliver excellence to the Michigan community. To benefit the local business community, the MPC carefully screens all members prior to acceptance in the council. The Council ensures these high quality standards by maintaining close working relationships with architects, designers, engineers, specification writers, contractors, and facility managers. The organization also hosts monthly luncheon meetings where members can educate architects and designers, as well as each other, on various products and demonstrate their applications in a one-on-one setting.

The MPC is a natural fit for Lorin, a manufacturer with an 80 year history in Michigan. Though Lorin’s products have a global reach, the MPC serves as an ideal venue for Lorin to deliver its leading innovations to architects, designers and businesses within the local community. Additionally, the mutual benefits for Lorin and other businesses within the MPC are great. Members derive value from meeting with other high-quality suppliers in the region including leveraging relationships and getting insight on new industry trends.

Lorin looks forward to continuing its active participation in the MPC to empower the Michigan community to achieve beautiful and long-lasting construction projects.
